Welcome to WorkingOnIt.life LLC. These Terms outline the rights and responsibilities between WorkingOnIt.life LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the users (“you” or “your”). By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

To use certain features of the Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts or refuse service to anyone at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

4.1 Ownership of User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload, submit, or share via our Services. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services. We will not sell, distribute, or publicly display your personal information or content without your explicit consent.

4.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload, share, or distribute any content that:

Is illegal, offensive, or harmful.
Violates the intellectual property rights of others.
Contains malicious software, viruses, or other harmful components.

5. Intellectual Property and User Content Sharing:

You retain ownership of any content you upload, submit, or share via our Services, including photos and personal data. By sharing content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services, including sharing it with other users whom you connect with through the app.

You acknowledge that when sharing content with other users, we cannot control their actions, and they may take screenshots or share your content outside of the app, such as on social media platforms like Instagram or Twitter. You agree that WorkingOnIt.life LLC is not responsible for such actions by other users and that you assume the risk of sharing content within the Services.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Services may require payment. All fees and charges for using premium features or subscriptions will be clearly displayed during checkout. By purchasing, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. Subscription payments are automatically renewed unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

All payments and subscriptions made through Apple’s App Store or Google Play are subject to their respective refund policies. WorkingOnIt.life LLC does not directly process refunds, and any refund requests must be submitted through the platform where the purchase was made.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users of the Services must refrain from:

Using automated systems (such as bots) to access the Services.
Attempting to reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Services.
Engaging in unauthorized data scraping or extraction.
Accessing the Services in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You understand and agree that you use the Services at your own risk.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times or without interruption. WorkingOnIt.life LLC is not responsible for any damages or losses caused by temporary unavailability, maintenance periods, or service outages.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorkingOnIt.life LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use or inability to use the Services, including loss of data, profits, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

If the Parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiations within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (arbitration body).
The seat of arbitration shall be California, United States, and the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted remotely via video conferencing in English, under the rules of the arbitration body.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.

12. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our Services, such as by an in-app notification. By continuing to use the Services after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
